We do not accept refunds for any order. If you are not satisified with your purchase, you are entitled for an exchange. You should contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to qualify for this.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Once you’ve made up your mind to return the item back to us, Contact our support team by email through this contact form. We are available 24/7 to answer your queries and assist you on how to proceed with your return.

To exchange an item, please contact us by email. A £4 fee will be charged for any item exchanged to cover our maintenance and processing costs. 

Note:

• You must notify us within 3 days from the time you received your order confirmation email

• All returned Items must to be in the same condition as to how it was originally sent out (We will inspect the items for any: damages, scratches, re-sizing, smudges, cracks, marks)

• You are responsible to cover the fees and charges for returning the item Exception: If we investigate and find that we made a mistake, in this case we will cover all return charges for you

• All items must be returned to us via a tracked service courier (if the item is lost or we do not receive it, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund)
