Return
For a goodwill refund or exchange items must be unused and returned in original packaging and in a re-salable condition within 21 days of receipt of your goods. See your item is accompanied by a completed return form (see below on how to complete the return form).

Canceling an order
If you want to cancel an order, in most cases, you have the legal right to do so within seven working days of receipt of the order. But this does not apply to certain products such as audio / video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed and all personalized items and fresh produce.
If you want to cancel, you must notify us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days after the day you received the goods and you also have to take reasonable care of the goods. We would consider reasonable care has been taken to the goods, for example, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable to examine them in a store before buying. If you cancel an order, we will require you to return the goods to us in good time, with original packaging and at your own expense to the address below. If you need help to return a large item like a treadmill or table tennis, etc., we can offer a collection service. Please inquire about its cost to our customer.

Make sure that you inform us as soon as possible after receiving your goods from damage to avoid delays in replacement or refund. Because of the highly technical nature of the products we sell, in the event that the product has been used at least once, we will need to send it to the manufacturer to confirm that the product defect is due to a manufacturing fault - our suppliers always come back to us within 28 days maximum (normally much faster) and we will get in touch with you to hear their observations.

What if I have received my package, but they were not the goods ordered?
In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong goods, then first of all we apologize. We want to make sure that we correct this as soon as possible and ensure that we receive the goods you ordered to you. In this case, please contact Customer Service on 08452 702 010, where one of our advisors will be happy to help you. They will send / send you a free return label, which means you will be able to send the package back to us without incurring any postage costs. Note that it is our policy not to pay any postage costs we provide this free service, and will always instruct our clients to use it. Exchanges
If you want to return a non-defective product for a replacement, the following applies:
